Job Summary
As a Restaurant Manager at Auro Chocolate Café, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. You will lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service, ensure food and beverage quality, and maintain a profitable business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve exceptional results.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory and food costs to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing warm hospitality and addressing customer needs promptly.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Train staff on excellent customer service skills.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, costs, and labor.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Marketing and Sales:
- Promote the café through social media, local events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Increase sales and customer loyalty through effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and chocolate.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
