Sales Car Dealer Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Car Dealer Manager - Partnership to oversee and manage strategic relationships with our network of dealership partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing dealer performance, and fostering long-term partnerships with car dealerships. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of the automotive industry, and excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate effectively with dealerships, corporate teams, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:Dealer Relationship Management:
Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key dealership partners to ensure alignment with sales objectives and goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for dealer partners, providing ongoing support, guidance, and solutions to resolve any issues.
- Monitor and manage dealer performance, ensuring sales targets and quality standards are consistently met.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Collaborate with dealership partners to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns that drive revenue growth.
- Provide training and support to dealership sales teams on product knowledge, selling techniques, and industry trends.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track and report on sales performance, setting clear KPIs and measurable objectives for dealership partners.
- Conduct regular reviews with dealership partners to assess performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Ensure that dealers are meeting or exceeding established sales targets, customer satisfaction scores, and brand standards.
Partnership Development:
Identify and establish new dealer partnerships to expand the brand's footprint and market share.
- Negotiate and structure dealership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the dealers.
Customer Experience & Satisfaction:
Ensure that dealership partners are delivering an exceptional customer experience, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues escalated by the dealerships, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in automotive sales, dealership management, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of car dealership operations.
- Strong experience in sales management and performance optimization.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Willingness to travel regularly to dealer locations as required.
