  • With at least 5–7 years of experience in franchising, dealer recruitment, or retail operations.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Has the ability to assess financial and operational capability of prospective business partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledgeable of franchising principles, contracts, and compliance requirements.
  • Must know how to drive with valid driver's license.
  • Willing to do field work.

Job Description:

  • Dealer Recruitment & Network Expansion
  • Implement and oversee the full Dealer Selection Process (DSP), including announcement, prospecting, filtering, business visits, presentation, deliberation, and appointment.
  • Proactively identify and build a pipeline of potential dealer candidates through market scanning, referrals, events, and industry connections.
  • Conduct thorough background checks, financial capacity assessments, and capability evaluations of prospective dealers.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with franchise requirements, including franchise fee collection and contract signing.
  • Develop evaluation tools and scoring systems to objectively assess dealer applicants.
  • Recommend dealer partners to management for appointment, ensuring alignment with company values and long-term strategic goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strengthen recruitment strategies and dealer pool quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing and corporate communications for official dealer announcements and recruitment campaigns.
