We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents accurately and timely.
  • Track, record, and reconcile checks issued for purchases and other transactions.
  • Maintain and input employee records/payments related to government-mandated benefits.
  • Prepare and process employee reimbursements, ensuring proper documentation and timely submission.
  • Assist in the preparation of purchase orders, vouchers, and related financial documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial reporting and adherence to internal policies.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of reports and reconciliations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in accounting or finance roles is an advantage.
  • Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
