Qualification:

  • 4+ years of experience in growth/digital marketing, community management, demand generation or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and growth.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related fields.

  • Proficiency in SMS campaign tools/platforms and CRM systems.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for results.

  • Excellent English communication skills with a talent for concise and persuasive writing.

  • Previous experience in the casino or gaming industry is a strong advantage.

  • Familiarity with the Philippine market and user behavior.

  • Understanding of data privacy regulations related to the online casino and gaming industry.

Job Description:

  1. Campaign Planning and Execution

  2. Support planning and executing platform operation and community operations campaigns, integrating in and out platform resources.

  3. Develop innovative and fresh campaign ideas and mechanisms based on user behavior and market trends to acquire new users and maximize engagement and brand awareness.

  4. Lead strategic operational and marketing efforts to drive user acquisition and engagement for online casino products, ensuring cross-functional alignment for timely and efficient launches.

  5. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential markets, analyze trends, and develop data-driven market entry strategies to expand presence and achieve X% growth in users.

  6. Data Analysis and Performance Evaluation

  7. Track key campaign metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, ROI) and provide in-depth analysis and summary reports.

  8. Utilize A/B testing and monitoring tools to optimize campaign strategies and content for higher engagement and ROI.

  9. Continuously adjust and refine campaign plans based on performance data to improve future initiatives.

  10. Creative and Localization Management

  11. Create localized campaign contents tailored to the Philippine market, incorporating cultural elements and user preferences.

  12. Introduce innovative marketing mechanics to enhance campaign engagement and social sharing.
