Chat Support Assistant

Job Summary:
Sales Conversion Use persuasive communication to guide prospects through the sales process, answering questions, addressing concerns, and promoting relevant products or services to increase sales.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to- date knowledge of the company's products, services, pricing, and promotions to effectively answer customer queries and make appropriate recommendations.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers
- Drive sales
- Convert leads
- Provide post sales
- Maintain product knowledge
- Meet sales targets Collect and report feedback
Qualifications:
- Basic technical proficiency
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or chat support roles
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management skills to meet sales targets and deadlines
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Shift system
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Davao City (Davao del Sur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
