What You'll Do
Be part of our client's team as a Customer Care Representative and help shape meaningful connections with customers around the globe. You'll respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver outstanding service while keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of what you do.

Skills You'll Bring
- At least 6 months of customer care experience in BPO or non-BPO settings
- Willingness to work full-time onsite in Clark, Pampanga
- Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends across a 24-hour period
- Familiarity with Office365 is a plus
- Strong English communication skills

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally, aligned with the brand voice
- Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction
- Resolve issues within agreed response times and ensure high satisfaction
- Build trust with customers through clear and friendly communication
- Provide accurate information using proper tools and methods
- Meet individual and team sales targets and quotas
- Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Keep detailed records of interactions and transactions
- Follow set communication procedures and policies
- Work to team KPIs and business guidelines
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
