  8. Inspect finished garments to confirm that stitching, embellishment, and finishing meet premium standards.

  9. Production Support and Supervision

  10. Provide technical guidance to pattern makers, sewing operators, and production teams.

  11. Ensure the correct stitching methods, seam allowances, and construction techniques for delicate fabrics (e.g., lace, satin, tulle, chiffon).

  12. Troubleshoot technical or production issues to maintain quality and efficiency.

  13. Fabric and Material Handling

  14. Recommend appropriate materials, linings, and techniques for various gown styles.

  15. Ensure proper handling of delicate and high-end fabrics to avoid damage or distortion during production.

  16. Documentation and Coordination

  17. Prepare detailed technical sheets, measurement charts, and sewing instructions for production reference.

  18. Coordinate with designers, merchandisers, and quality assurance teams for sample approvals and production updates.

  19. Monitor sample approval schedules and ensure timely readiness for bulk production.

  20. Training and Process Improvement

  21. Train sewing and production staff on specialized garment construction techniques for formal wear.
