Job Scope:

  • Install, configure, and operate all audio, video, lighting, and presentation equipment for meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on AV gear; diagnose and resolve technical failures, connectivity issues, and operational problems in real-time.
  • Provide essential technical support to event speakers and clients; manage and maintain an accurate inventory of all AV equipment, cables, and accessories.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Vocational course; preferably with NCII
  • At least 2 years of experience as an AV Technician or in a related technical support role.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of audio mixing, video signaling (HDMI, SDI, etc.), lighting systems, and common control software.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills; ability to lift and move equipment, and work flexible hours required by event schedules.
