About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team at Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. in Clark Freeport City, Pampanga. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues
  • Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, including cleaning, adjusting, and replacing components as needed
  • Install new HVAC systems and equipment according to manufacturer specifications and building codes
  • Maintain accurate records of all HVAC-related work performed
  • Collaborate with other trades professionals to ensure the efficient and effective operation of HVAC systems
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to protect yourself and others

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • NC II Certification
