Job Scope:

To monitor and maintain all related BMS controlled equipment such as Chiller Plant, Cooling Tower, HVAC / MV, Generator Sets, DDRUPS, lightings, tanks level and pumps / motors.
Keep all BMS related equipment in good repair practice with a minimum of downtime by providing day-to-day maintenance as scheduled in Preventive Maintenance.

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of any Bachelor / Technical / Vocational in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
With NCII Certification is preferred.
Familiar with blueprints or technical diagrams.
