Role Description

This is a long-term full-time position located in Cebu for a Product Line Manager. This person will be responsible for overseeing product line planning, managing production processes, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with teams, solving production-related issues, and optimizing production efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Independently manage the woodworking production line
  • Planning of work phases, schedules, resources and drive continuous development efforts.
  • Maintain and improve existing systems to meet quality and performance standards
  • Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to ensure seamless integration

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Production Planning and Production Management
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Cebu
  • Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is required
  • Experience in laser machines, such as CNC machine, is considered an advantage
