This role is responsible for evaluating and managing financial risks for non-life insurance products, particularly
financial lines.
The position leverages strong
financial and analytical skills
to assess the financial health of clients. Full underwriting training will be provided to support career development into a specialist underwriting role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Strong financial statement analysis skills
    (CPA highly preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Willingness to learn underwriting and grow in the insurance industry

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in
    financial services, audit, or risk assessment
  • Exposure to non-life / P&C insurance or financial lines products

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze financial statements, ratios, and company information to assess risk.
  • Provide recommendations on coverage, pricing, and risk acceptance aligned with guidelines.
  • Support underwriting decisions through data-driven insights.
  • Participate in structured training programs to learn underwriting principles and P&C product knowledge.
  • Assist in evaluating insurance applications and processing policy documentation.
  • Contribute to improving underwriting practices and risk models.
  • Engage with clients and brokers to gather information and explain underwriting decisions.
  • Help build strong business relationships to support portfolio growth.
