  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, engineering).
  • Communicate goals and expectations clearly to the team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as Production Manager.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
