  • manage the vendors involved in the project, ensuring all technical deliverables are met.
  • lead when necessary re-scopes the projects and updates project plans accordingly.
  • Assists in selecting and on-going management of vendors/suppliers for supporting selected projects
  • work with multiple IT teams to solve complex technological problems, bring insights and drive application/platform-specific related
  • Mentor and strength the specific application/platform team by improving the ability to deliver great quality of work(both functional and non-functional) and keep the high bar of the craft
  • Train new delivery managers with clients project delivery processes
