About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead Developer to join our dynamic team at VI Hub Services Inc. As a Salesforce Technical Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical strategy and delivery of our Salesforce-based solutions. This is a full-time position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce applications and integrations
  2. Architect and develop custom Salesforce components, workflows, and processes to meet business requirements
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery
  4. Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing best practices and ensuring code quality
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and implement them strategically
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with the support team
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce ecosystem, identifying and implementing optimizations

What we're looking for

  1. 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer or in a similar role
  2. Proven expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  5. Experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce integrations with other systems
  6. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools
  7. A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends and innovations
  8. Salesforce Developer certifications (PD1, PD2) are a strong advantage.
