Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record daily attendance of all workers, staff, and subcontractors on-site.
- Prepare daily time records and submit reports to the HR or Admin department.
- Assist in locating workers during shift changes, breaks, or when needed by supervisors.
- Coordinate with foremen and supervisors regarding worker assignments and movements.
- Ensure accurate documentation of overtime, undertime, absences, and leaves.
- Maintain a real-time log of active workers on-site.
- Assist in distributing daily work assignments or site notices as needed.
- Support payroll processing by providing verified timekeeping data.
- Monitor compliance with site time-in/time-out policies.
- Report any irregularities or attendance issues to management.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate (any 4-year course; Business Administration or HR-related course is an advantage
- Experience as a timekeeper, site clerk, or administrative staff is preferred
- Familiarity with construction or field operations is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or manual timekeeping logs
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
