Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and billing operations through meticulous monitoring, reconciliation, and resolution of financial records and employee payout concerns.

Accountabilities:

  • Payroll, Billing, and Collection (PBC) Monitoring
  • Invoice Creation
  • Re-invoicing: Return Billing
  • Billing Reconciliation: Unpaid invoices and Unbilled Report
  • Counter checking of validated topsheet/timekeeping vs. PayReg
  • Monitoring of transmission of billing
  • Payroll Accuracy
  • Timekeeping vs. Pay Reg Head Count Reconciliation
  • Pay slip Accuracy & Delivery
  • Sending of Payroll register
  • BIR Alphalist Reports
  • Payroll preparations: Admin total and Payroll register
  • Concerns and reports: Payout Adjustment Monitoring Report, 13th
  • Month Reports, Billing concerns, and Concerns of payout

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing, billing, and collections are advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, invoicing procedures, and government reporting (e.g., BIR Alphalist).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and addressing concerns.
  • Integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of payroll and financial information.
