Conduct product presentations and explain medical benefits, indications, and usage. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics. Regularly visit healthcare providers to ensure product visibility and recall. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and objections effectively. Market Development Identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments. Implement sales and marketing strategies in assigned territories. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of sales activities, calls, and expenses. Submit regular reports on sales performance, territory coverage, and market feedback. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards. Training & Knowledge Development Stay updated with product knowledge, clinical studies, and medical advancements. Participate in company training, seminars, and continuous education programs.
