You’ll be building systems that scale what works, the GTM infrastructure behind high-velocity teams. Clay, Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Automations and data APIs - your toolkit for building self-optimizing outbound engines. Automation loops - Zapier, Make, AI agents and clean data flows. Funnels and follow-up frameworks that connect marketing, sales and ops into one machine. Webinars and campaigns that build authority. What You’ll Own Architect and optimize outbound systems that scale - email, LinkedIn, calls, webinars. Build ICP-targeted prospecting loops in Clay + Instantly + CRM integrations . Design conversion funnels and automation maps that drive measurable revenue. Lead experiments, analyze data, and extract insights to refine GTM playbooks. Advise SDRs and marketers on better messaging, cadence, and conversion structure. Collaborate directly with the founders to evolve Voost’s GTM platform. What Success Looks Like You build a GTM engine that books meetings and closes deals while you sleep. The systems you design become client case studies. You’re the person founders call when they need a smarter way to scale. Requirements 3+ years in sales ops, RevOps or GTM automation. Mastery of Clay , Instantly / Smartlead , and Zapier / Make . Working knowledge of LinkedIn automation, CRM flows, and funnel design . Experience running or advising on webinars and lead gen campaigns . Fluent in both copy and code – you know how to communicate and automate. Hunger to learn fast, build fast and grow faster. Why This Matters Most teams throw people at problems.
