Job summary:

The Cost Control Staff prepares Cost Control (CCC) weekly and monthly expense reports, profit and loss per vessel, and other accounting related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Must be capable of working effectively under pressure.
  • Must be organized, disciplined, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Demonstrates strategic time management abilities.
  • Able to consistently meet deadlines for submitting the company's financial reports.
  • Proficient in analytical tasks assigned by management.
  • Willing to work in Navotas City

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Categorization of item per account expense of all purchases for Frabelle Fishing Corporation, Frabelle PNG Cannery, Newport Fishing Corporation and
  • Analyze and Scrutinize weekly and monthly report of Cost Control Reports of above companies.
  • Monitoring of Company's expenses (CCC reports). and Other tasks assigned by VP-DWFD and Management
  • Monitoring of all purchase order's changes/modifications made and adjust it to all CCC Reports.
  • Taking minutes of the meetings of Cost Control Committee done every week/month depends on the management.
  • Other related tasks assigned by the management.
