Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Specialist located in Taguig. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing projects, and handling sales activities. Responsibilities include optimizing operational processes, ensuring effective project management, and enhancing communication within the team and with clients. The role demands analytical skills to identify and address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve operational issues
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective internal and external interactions
  • Experience in Sales and Operations Management
  • Project Management skills to oversee and execute various projects
  • Ability to work on-site in Taguig and collaborate with a dynamic team
  • Relevant experience in the gaming or technology sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
