Main Duties and Responsibilities

1.
Platform Monitoring:
Monitor the online casino lobby and platform to ensure all games, payment systems, and user interfaces operate smoothly and without interruptions.

2.
Player Support:
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of player satisfaction.

3.
Compliance and Security:
Ensure all operations comply with relevant gaming regulations, licensing requirements, and data protection laws (e.g., PAGCOR).

4.
Performance Analysis:
Analyze platform performance metrics, including player activity, game performance, and transaction success rates, to identify trends and areas for improvement.

5.
Game Management:
Collaborate with game providers to ensure new games are integrated correctly and existing games perform optimally.

6.
Fraud Prevention:
Monitor for suspicious activity, including potential fraud or cheating, and coordinate with the fraud prevention team to mitigate risks.

7.
Reporting:
Generate regular reports on operational performance, player engagement, and system uptime for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 3 years in online casino management for a tier 1 Operator.
  • Technical Expertise:
    Strong understanding of casino management systems, gaming software, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Analytical Skills:
    Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. \
  • Regulatory Knowledge
    : In-depth knowledge of gaming regulations, licensing requirements, and responsible gambling practices.
  • Education:
    A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field."
