Main Duties and Responsibilities
Sports Partnership Management
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with sports leagues, teams, associations, and event organizers (e.g., PBA, UAAP, PVL, SEA Games, etc.).
• Evaluate partnership proposals, negotiate terms, and oversee contract execution aligned with branding goals.
• Ensure brand visibility across all sports assets — including logo placements, LED exposure, uniforms, media mentions, and digital integration.
• Monitor partnership performance and prepare ROI and exposure reports.
Brand Activation & Campaign Coordination
• Work with internal branding, creative, and media teams to conceptualize and execute sports-related campaigns, events, and activations.
• Supervise the development of creative materials (TVCs, press releases, LED content, digital collaterals, etc.) tailored for sports audiences.
• Coordinate on-ground and online execution during tournaments, press conferences, and live events to ensure brand consistency.
Endorser Management
• Identify and assess endorsers, ambassadors, athletes, and influencers that align with brand positioning and campaign goals.
• Lead negotiation and coordination with talent agencies for engagement terms, deliverables, and exclusivity.
• Supervise endorser activations — including photoshoots, TVCs, PR events, and live appearances — ensuring consistent brand image and messaging.
• Monitor endorser compliance with legal, regulatory (PAGCOR/ASC), and brand integrity standards.
• Evaluate endorsement impact using exposure analytics, sentiment tracking, and brand lift measurement.
Resource & Asset Management
• Lead the database of sports partners, sponsorship inventory, and brand usage rights.
• Manage allocation of sports resources across multiple brands or business units to ensure efficient and impactful exposure.
• Serve as the internal go-to for all sports-related materials, approvals, and usage compliance.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
• Liaise with Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams for contract vetting, payment scheduling, and adherence to PAGCOR/ASC guidelines.
• Work closely with PR, Digital, and Media units for integrated communication strategies.
• Coordinate with Operations and Event teams for brand presence during live games and special events
Reporting & Strategy
• Analyze data on sports partnership performance (CPIRP, WUD, media values, audience reach).
• Recommend improvements and new opportunities based on brand visibility and market trends.
• Prepare post-event reports and present insights to management and brand stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Sports Management.
• Minimum
5 years of experience in sponsorships, talent management, or brand partnerships
(preferably in sports or entertainment).
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination abilities.
• Deep understanding of the sports and entertainment media landscape.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (PAGCOR and related advertising/partnership guidelines) is an advantage.
