Job Description:

  • Be familiar with local games and their gameplay. Thoroughly explore various functional gameplay elements of local games. Through game marketing and activities, stimulate players to consume and improve the project's revenue data.
  • Observe and analyze game data, identify problems revealed in the analysis, and propose solutions. Based on the characteristics of the game, establish a classification and grouping mechanism for game users, such as paying users, potential paying users, and active users. Develop a targeted game stratification mechanism for different user categories.
  • Through the experience of the game and competing platforms, identify the shortcomings of the game, provide improvement suggestions, and give feedback in a timely manner.
  • Experience in content distribution is preferred

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Game Design, Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Passion for games and understanding of game operations or online game communities.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with online/mobile games and local gaming platforms is prefered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Basic data analysis skills are a plus.
  • Experience in customer support, community management, or game operations is a plus.
