The IT Support Staff shall perform a variety of moderately complex information technology support duties in the areas of computer operations, user and desktop support (hardware and software), helpdesk, and data management to ensure smooth delivery of technology services which includes maintenance, configuration and repair of computers, and download or installs computer applications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides assistance in the installation and use of company computer hardware and software
  • Manage service request on upgrade, set up or assemble of new computer and/or parts, etc.
  • Performs network maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Checks the capacity, connections and ensures the functions of the computer
  • Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems
  • Repairs computers with damage or dysfunctions
  • Communicates or provides feedback on the condition of the computer
  • Advises proper care of computer and the best computer programs and brand.
  • Keeps and maintains records of all (ongoing) IT support works
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • College Degree in Computer or Information Technology or other related course.
  • With at least 1-year minimum experience in a similar position.
  • Highly analytical, flexible, keen on details, trainable and hardworking.
  • Must have wide knowledge and ability in repairing computers
  • Familiar with different software applications
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting and detecting computer problems such as viruses.
  • With good oral and written communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,185.83 per month
