Job Description

We are looking for Customer Support Staff to join our team in various locations across NCR and nearby provinces. You will handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and support sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide product/service information and assist with orders
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Support sales and telemarketing campaigns as needed
  • Record and update customer information accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications

  • High School graduate or college level preferred
  • With or without prior customer service experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Able to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented

Available Work Locations

  • Metro Manila: Pasig, Makati, Taguig, Parañaque, Quezon City, Cubao
  • Nearby Provinces: Bulacan, Laguna, Rizal
