Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in hotel front office operations, with 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Proficient in hotel management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.
