A Treasury Assistant will do administrative functions related to cash management, handling banking transactions, and ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Key responsibilities often include managing collections, handling bank deposits, processing checks and other payments, and maintaining detailed transaction records.

  • Cash and check management includes setting up funds for spare change, allocating cash boxes, and making sure that daily cash and check collections are accurate.
  • Bank transactions: Processing requests for cash or check deposits and depositing cash and checks obtained from sales or other collections.
  • Documentation and record keeping: Keeping thorough logs of bank accounts and other financial papers, as well as a comprehensive inventory report of post-dated checks (PDCs) and promissory notes (PNs).
  • Reporting: Sending in daily updates on account activity, transactions, and collections.
  • Petty cash: Making requests for and restocking petty cash as required.
  • Administrative support: Serving as a point of contact for matters pertaining to the Treasury and managing administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings and organizing private documents.
  • Processing payments: Monitoring due dates and responding to questions from different departments

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business or equivalent only.
  • Must have at least one (1-2) year of working experience specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
