Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily cash balances, prepare cash flow forecasts, and ensure sufficient funds for operational needs.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Assist in preparing and processing payments, including checks, electronic fund transfers, and wire transfers.
  • Prepare treasury-related reports, including cash flow statements and liquidity analysis, for management review.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions and treasury activities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all treasury activities.
  • Communicate with banks to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Provide administrative support to the Treasury Manager and assist with projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 to 3 experience with finance or accounting
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
