BASIC FUNCTION

  • To Ensure an accurate reconciled monthly bank reconciliation for all Entities handled by Treasury Team.
  • To ensure proper recording on preparation and maintenance of Cash and Cash Equivalents on financial records and reports related to treasury activities.
  • Assist on clerical work and other activities that may be assigned therein.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the operation of treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity management and bank reconciliation activities.
  • Support foreign exchange and risk management activities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting with the preparation of bank reconciliation of all entities
  • Tracking and monitoring cash flow and managing bank accounts
  • Coordinating with other departments to gather and analyze financial data
  • Collaborate with another team regarding bank reconciling items.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures
  • Performing various financial analyses to assess the financial status of the company
  • Assisting in maintaining relationships with banks and other financial institutions
  • Carrying out regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Implementing and managing investment strategies
  • Maintaining records of all financial transactions and preparing periodic financial reports

QUALIFICATION GUIDES

  • Graduate of a 4-year business-related course. Accountancy graduate is an advantage but not required.
  • At least 6 months of experience in banking, treasury, or related financial function. Experience in bank reconciliation, cash management, or treasury operations is an advantage, but
    fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Demonstrates adaptability, proactiveness, and initiative.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
