About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Assistant to support our day-to-day treasury and payment operations. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with numerical data, banking platforms, and Excel. This role is perfect for someone with a background or interest in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration who wants to build a solid foundation in corporate treasury operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Enter and process manual payments in banking platforms in line with internal controls and approval workflows.
  • Support daily Treasury operations, including monitoring shared inboxes and responding to internal queries.
  • Handle agent commission and refund payment requests, preparing and sharing remittance slips as needed.
  • Maintain and update daily bank balance reports, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Assist in cash flow reporting, including data collection, reconciliations, and preparation of weekly/monthly files.
  • Provide administrative support to the Treasury team as required.

*Qualifications:*

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or similar administrative/operations roles (internship experience may be considered an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, SUM, filters; VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP is a plus).
  • Comfortable working with banking systems and financial data.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured approval processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage repetitive tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Clear and professional communication skills when dealing with internal teams.
  • Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn.
