Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the insurance, banking, or financial services industry
  • Experience sourcing for sales roles, such as Financial Advisors, Financial Solution Consultants, or Bancassurance Sales Executives, is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with competency-based interviewing techniques, behavioral interviews, and sales aptitude screening
  • Proficiency in using job portals, social media sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook), and other talent sourcing platforms
  • Strong understanding of insurance sales metrics, ideal candidate profiles, and field work nature of bancassurance roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to engage with candidates at all levels
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions at once
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Willingness to do field recruitment (job fairs, branch visits) when needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
