We are a family-owned service company based in Los Angeles, providing plumbing and electrical services to residential clients. We are seeking a Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to develop, execute, and optimize a multi-channel strategy that attracts high-quality leads and builds lasting brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy and Planning.
Content Creation and Curation.
Digital Lead Generation & Online Presence
Lead Source Strategy & Execution
Community & Network Engagement
Partnerships & B2B Outreach
Referral & Partnership Development
Manage and optimize presence on key platforms
Build and maintain a strong blog and organic presence
Local Communities Engagement
Email, Direct Mail & Door-to-Door Campaigns
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience in marketing for local service businesses (preferably home services)
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel campaigns
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Comfortable working with remote teams and assigning tasks
Highly organized and detail-oriented
