Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; within the client's business hours Los Angeles CA (20 hrs per week)The RoleWe're seeking a seasoned Architecture Awards Consultant to lead, manage, and execute award submissions for top-tier national and international programs — including AIA, Architizer A+Awards, Dwell, Dezeen, and other curated competitions.

You'll help identify the right projects for the right platforms and craft submission packages that reflect the intent, innovation, and visual power of our work. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop an annual awards submission calendar based on strategic relevance and deadlines

Identify eligible projects, awards, and categories across residential and design sectors

Prepare and manage award submissions — including image curation, text development, project storytelling, and online form completion

Collaborate with design and marketing team to gather assets, photography, and plans

Maintain records of submissions, deadlines, and results

Advise on photography, presentation, and narrative positioning to maximize chances of winningRequirementsProven experience managing architecture and design award submissions

Strong familiarity with award platforms: AIA, Architizer, Dezeen, Dwell, Interior Design Best of Year, The Plan, WAN, etc.Excellent writing skills with an eye for architectural storytelling

Ability to distill complex project ideas into clear, engaging language

Comfort working with architects, creatives, and photographers

Extremely detail-oriented and deadline-driven

Portfolio of successful past submissions or awards won

Preferred (But Not Required)Experience with press kits, media relations, or architecture PRBackground in architecture, journalism, or design communications
