Role Overview:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the brand's social media presence across all key platforms to enhance visibility, engagement, and conversion. With a strong passion for furniture, interior design, and lifestyle trends, the Social Media Manager plays a key role in shaping the digital voice and online community of Genteel Home. This role will oversee content creation, paid campaigns, community management, analytics, and brand storytelling in alignment with the company's marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Management

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall brand goals
  • Manage day-to-day operations and posting across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge

2. Content Creation & Curation

  • Plan, write, and publish engaging content including static posts, reels, videos, and stories
  • Collaborate with the creative and design teams for high-quality visuals and campaigns
  • Curate user-generated content and coordinate influencer collaborations

3. Community Engagement

  • Actively manage and respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries across platforms
  • Cultivate and grow a loyal online community by fostering relationships with customers and brand ambassadors

4. Paid Social Advertising

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to ensure high ROI
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team for cross-platform promotions

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on key performance indicators such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, and follower growth
  • Analyze data to identify successful content formats and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Present regular insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

6. Website & Digital Coordination

  • Ensure consistency of messaging between social platforms and the official website
  • Support digital campaigns by updating assets and optimizing social touchpoints

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later)
  • Basic graphic design and video editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut)
  • Analytical thinking and familiarity with social metrics
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Creative mindset and attention to visual aesthetics
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments

  • ROI on paid social media campaigns
  • Monthly content calendar completion and execution rate

Work Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 7:30pm

Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Saturday and Sunday: Rest Days
