Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator specializing in residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quantity surveying, excellent cost estimation skills, and strong proficiency in Bluebeam for take-offs and markups. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate project costings and supporting the team with budgeting and pricing insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for residential construction projects.
Perform quantity take-offs using Bluebeam and other relevant tools.
Analyze architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain up-to-date pricing.
Collaborate with project managers and design teams during the pre-construction phase.
Assist in preparing and submitting tender documentation.
Track project variations and manage cost impacts accordingly.
Maintain estimation databases and documentation for reference.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of estimating experience in residential construction.
Proficient in Bluebeam for take-offs and PDF markups.
Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and residential construction methods.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in quantity take-offs and costings.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
