Your Role

The
Relief Officer
(Reserve Officer) acts as Service Head or Officer-in-Charge in the assigned Branch to ensure continuous and within the standard level of service delivery to maintain premium customer service quality of the branches within the area. He/she acts as reliever for Sales and Service Associate from time to time depending on the requirements of the branches and as manpower pool in completion for the temporary vacancies of officers or staff in branches.

Your Impact

  • Acts as acting Officer-In-Charge, Branch Service Head, Branch Service Officer, Sales Associate, Service Associate (specific job function will be based on the position relieved) depending on need of branch within a specified period
  • Ensure signing authority of the position being relieve is based on the existing Manual of Signing Authority (MSA).
  • Ensure transactions are processed within the service level standard to maintain and uphold customer satisfaction
  • Ensure transactions are processed in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures to safeguard the interest of the Bank Ensures that all tasks are being carried out are in accordance to the bank's service standards and procedures 6. Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Your Profile

  • Graduate of 4yrs Business Related Course
  • Must have at least 6 years banking experience
  • Must have experience in tellering, handing new Accounts, Service Officer/Head
  • Knowledge in branch operations
  • Amendable to be assigned in different areas
