About the role

We are seeking an experienced Draftsman to join our team at RCD LAND, INC.'. This full-time role is based in Paranaque City Metro Manila and will be responsible for producing detailed architectural drawings and plans to support the company's design and construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, using CAD software
  • Translate design concepts and specifications into accurate and comprehensive technical drawings
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and records
  • Assist with the coordination and distribution of drawings to relevant stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of drafting processes and standards

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualification in Architectural Drafting or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Draftsman, preferably in the architectural or construction industry
  • Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, to produce high-quality technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret design specifications accurately
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and construction practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
