About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join P.I. Farm Products, Inc. as a Mechanical Draftsman. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed mechanical drawings and designs to support the engineering and production teams. The position is based in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing 2D and 3D mechanical drawings, including part designs, assembly drawings, and schematics
  • Utilising computer-aided design (CAD) software to create technical drawings that meet industry standards
  • Interpreting engineering specifications and translating them into detailed, accurate drawings
  • Collaborating with engineering and production teams to understand requirements and resolve technical issues
  • Maintaining an organised filing system for all drawings and design documents
  • Continuously improving drafting processes and techniques to increase efficiency and accuracy

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industry
  • Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical specifications accurately
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
