About the role

We are seeking an experienced Draftsman to join our team at RCD LAND, INC.'. This full-time role is based in Paranaque City Metro Manila and will be responsible for producing detailed architectural drawings and plans to support the company's design and construction projects.

What you'll be doing

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, using CAD softwareTranslate design concepts and specifications into accurate and comprehensive technical drawingsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirementsMaintain and update project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and recordsAssist with the coordination and distribution of drawings to relevant stakeholdersContribute to the continuous improvement of drafting processes and standards

What we're looking for

Relevant qualification in Architectural Drafting or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience as a Draftsman, preferably in the architectural or construction industryProficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, to produce high-quality technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and the ability to interpret design specifications accuratelyExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with local building codes, regulations, and construction practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
