Manpower / Installation Staff

Location: Ecoland Carpark Road Quimpo Blvd. Sandawa Plaza Brgy. Bucana Talomo District Davao City. In front of Yellowfin.

Job Description:

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Manpower to join our operations team. The role involves assisting in product installations, deliveries, warehouse organization, and general maintenance tasks. This position requires hands-on work and coordination with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation of lighting fixtures and other company products
  • Support deliveries, including loading and unloading of items
  • Help with warehouse organization, inventory checks, and cleaning
  • Perform basic wiring, assembly, or mounting work as needed
  • Coordinate with logistics and sales staff for daily work schedules
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and work areas
  • Follow company safety standards at all times

Qualifications:

  • At least high school graduate
  • With experience in installation, warehouse, or manpower work preferred
  • Physically fit and comfortable working at heights (if required)
  • Responsible, honest, and can work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays when needed

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive daily/monthly rate (same as regular employees)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php510.00 per day
