Job Summary / Position Objectives :

  • Oversees branch business operations namely finance and accounting, sales, Operations and administration.

Key Result Areas / Duties & Responsibilities:

1.FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING

a. Resolves collection issues

b. Approves requisitions and disbursements

c. Prepares and implements annual branch budget

2. SALES

a. Ensures that sales targets are achieved

b. Prepares and reviews sales plan

c. Conducts customer profiling every quarter

d. Keeps good rapport with customers

3. OPERATIONS

a. Makes certain that daily delivery targets are met

b. Ensures safe cargo handling

c. Ensures effective operation cycle

4. BUDGET

a. Monitors overtime cost

b. Ensures the safety and security of assets and employees

c. Plans and implement efficient manpower requirement for smooth operations

5. ADMIN

a. Monitors overtime cost

b. Ensures the safety and security of assets and employees

c. Plans and implement efficient manpower requirement for smooth operations

d. Maintenance and safety of all company assets.

e. Attends joint efficiently survey of major accident incident

f. Prepare Branch score & discuss with team to improve

g. Conducts weekly meeting to discuss prepares report for area head

6. Management and Leadership

a. Set department goals in line with the VMV of the company.

b. Formulates, establishes and executes department policies and procedures.

c. Conducts root cause analysis of the incidents within the department and determines and implements appropriate corrective and preventive action to eliminate the risk of recurrence of similar incidents

d. Discusses Job content with subordinates; ensuring that all expectations of the job are clearly understood and effectively done.

e. Develops and disciplines his/her subordinates.

f. Plans activities and schedules of staff.

g. Conducts performance evaluation of staff ensuring excellent performance.

h. Prepares and implements the annual budget of the department.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Location: Door 11 and 12, 2nd floor J&T Cache Bldg KM13 Panacan, Davao City
