Job qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as a Store Supervisor or Store Manager in a retail environment in cosmetics, fragrances, ladies apparel, footwear, and/or accessories and/or home furnishings products.
  • Must be adept in Store Operations responsibilities such as sales target attainment, excellent customer service, manpower management, mentoring and counsel, manpower schedules, optimum inventory stock keeping and control, visual merchandising, cleanliness of store, and administration of Company policies and procedures.
  • Can lead and supervise a team of Sales Associates and Supervisors in attainment of sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Proficient in reports preparation in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint and can discuss/present intelligently in periodic mancom meetings
  • Willing to work on holidays; workweek is 6 days.
  • Can speak in English, Filipino and Cebuano.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php25,000.00 per month
