The Opportunity at a Glance

We're looking for a highly skilled and curious
Marketing Manager
to lead marketing strategy, creative execution, and brand storytelling for a growing advisory firm focused on AI adoption. This is a
full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates
, employed under a proper PH setup.

To succeed in this role, you
must have proven experience with HubSpot and ideally Qwilr.
 The right candidate will bring hands-on marketing experience, strong design and storytelling skills, and a
future-focused mindset driven by curiosity and practical AI integration
.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with company goals

  • Own and evolve the brand identity across all platforms and collateral

  • Manage end-to-end campaigns through HubSpot: email, landing pages, automation, reporting

  • Create compelling marketing content — brochures, decks, case studies, social graphics, and video

  • Leverage tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Qwilr for impactful and professional delivery

  • Lead calendar management, campaign planning, and collaboration across advisory and tech teams

  • Integrate AI tools into marketing workflows to increase efficiency, scale, and creative output

  • Track marketing performance, generate insights, and continually optimise results

  • Champion continuous learning and share new AI marketing trends and innovations

What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:

  • Proven experience as a full stack digital marketer

  • Are highly proficient in
    HubSpot
    (certification a plus) and
    Qwilr

  • Have strong visual and written communication skills, including content and design

  • Thrive in remote-first, high-performance teams where autonomy and accountability matter

  • Are a confident communicator and comfortable presenting ideas to leadership

  • Are solutions-focused, resourceful, and emotionally intelligent in fast-paced environments

  • Have experience marketing to professional services or B2B sectors

  • Stay on top of the latest in AI-powered content creation and automation tools

Work Schedule & Employment Terms

  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday
