Position: Media Lead

Location: Taguig | Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH) | Morning Shift

Role Overview

The Media Lead will drive digital media strategy, planning, and execution for major retail clients. This role demands both strategic vision and hands-on expertise, with a strong focus on optimizing performance across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, and delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital media planning and buying across Meta, TikTok, search, and other platforms.
  • Design and execute comprehensive media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee campaign performance during key e-commerce and retail sales events.
  • Translate campaign analytics into actionable insights for growth and ROI.
  • Collaborate with commercial, creative, and brand teams to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Conduct alignment meetings with stakeholders and brand partners to present strategy and performance updates.
  • Manage Seller Center accounts and oversee real-time ad operations.
  • Mentor and coach junior media team members to strengthen overall capability.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in digital media planning, buying, and performance marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in TikTok Ads management is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into strategic action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with retail or consumer brands preferred.
  • Proven track record in delivering high-impact, results-driven campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php120, Php150,000.00 per month
