Compliance Support:

  • Assist with the implementation and monitoring of internal compliance policies and procedures.
  • Support the development and maintenance of company compliance policies and systems.
  • Keep detailed records of compliance issues, inquiries, and audit results.
  • Help prepare reports and documentation for regulators and internal audits.
  • Stay informed of relevant regulatory changes and share updates with appropriate teams.
  • Assist with internal reviews to evaluate risk and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Aid in the client onboarding process by gathering required documents
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date compliance files and tracking logs.

Business Development Support:

  • Research new markets, competitors, and potential clients to identify growth opportunities.
  • Help create business proposals, client presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Track and follow up on prospective leads and client interactions.
  • Maintain and update contact databases.
  • Contribute to business performance reports and sales data analysis.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and correspondence with potential clients or partners

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Must be Filipino, with proficient English skills for effective communication.

  2. With at least 1-2 years experienced in Legal Management and Compliance

  3. Exhibit adaptability to a dynamic work pace and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

  4. Demonstrate reliability, responsibility, rapid learning capabilities, and adeptness at multitasking.

  5. Bachelor's degree in , Law, Legal Management or any related field.
