What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
- Develops sales goals and ensures achievement of targets through cohesive sales strategies and solutions, either short-term or long-term.
- Responsible to monitor sales representatives performance
- Lead and grow an assigned sales territory by implementing the distribution strategies.
- Prepare and present effective and persuasive presentations to prospective clients.
- Building and managing the sales from end-to-end, including prospecting, lead engagement, negotiations and successful closing deals
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand customer needs
What are the Qualifications?
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 5 years experience in field equivalent
- Strong work experience in market or territory development, negotiations, communications and people management skills.
- With professional driver's license and willing to be relocated.
- Must be Amenable to work in NCR, South Luzon, North Luzon and VisMin Area.Job Type: Full-time
