The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, implementing effective sales techniques, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that the sales team meets or exceeds their sales goals. The Sales Manager will also play a key role in shaping the company's sales strategy and identifying opportunities for market expansion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 3-5 years experience in sales.
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet targets
- Good leadership skills
- Mastery of Microsoft Office
Work Schedule:
Monday thru Friday
