We are currently looking for a results-oriented Accounting Supervisor to strengthen our finance team—someone with expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting, and preferably with background in landbanking or project-based accounting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred but not required
  • At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis
  • Strong knowledge in financial reporting, budgeting, and project costing
  • Preferably with experience in landbanking, real estate, or large-scale projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and good leadership skills
